We're a beach rental company, not a data company. We collect the minimum needed to set up your beach day, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

1. What we collect

When you contact us or make a reservation, we collect:

Your name, email address, and phone number when you use our contact form or message us on WhatsApp.
Booking details—which beach, dates, group size, and the equipment you'd like.
Payment information, which is handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't collect anything from you just for browsing this site.

2. How we use it

To respond to your messages and confirm reservations.
To run your rental—meeting you at the right beach at the right time, and processing payments and deposits.
To follow up about your rental (a confirmation, a change, or a thank-you).

We don't send marketing email unless you've asked for it, and we never sell or rent your information.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate: our email delivery provider (to route contact-form messages to us), our payment processor (to handle payments and deposit holds), and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We share nothing else with anyone, except where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking records and correspondence for as long as we need them for accounting and to serve you on a return visit. If you want your information deleted, just ask.

5. Your choices

Email us at [email protected] anytime to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
